Women's Wellness Academy
Helping you to achieve a healthy mind, body and soul.
Women's wellness academy supports women who are feeling tired, depressed, overweight and overwhelmed and encourages them to become strong, confident women brimming with health and vitality.
This package provides one-on-one sessions that are designed to create a plan that suits your individual needs as well as continued
support for the 6 month duration
We will look at:
-nutrition for health and vitality, including quick and easy recipes -breathing techniques to reduce stress and anxiety -meditations for sleep
-gentle, easy exercise
- Australian Bush Flower Essences to support emotional health and well-being
One on one sessions are available via Skype or in person. Sessions are run weekly for four weeks and then monthly for 5 months for a total of 9 sessions over 6 months. Sessions can be made at a time that suits you.

About me
After a long interest in health and well-being, I am currently studying to be a Naturopath. I also have a Bachelor of Visual Arts Honours degree and a teaching degree. I recently became a certified massage therapist and Australian Bush Flower Essence therapist. I have two teenage children who I have invested my last 19 years on and now is the time for me to focus on me!!
I have suffered for as many years as I can remember with fatigue which also turned into brain fog and excessive muscle pain. Many days have been spent laying around on the couch
because I had no energy to be bothered, and for me this was a problem. I love to be busy and have a million things I want to do with my life!!
A couple of years ago it was suggested that I had fibromyalgia. After researching and finding out that there was no apparent cure, I decided that I was not living like this any longer and gradually I changed my whole lifestyle.
I began with clearing my mind and getting rid of the brain fog using herbal supplements. After a few different attempts, I succeeded. Number 1 symptom gone.
Then I had to work on the fatigue as I had to drag myself out of bed every morning and then I could not last an entire day. I was tired and crabby all day. I focused on nutrition and improving my sleep quality, again with supplements but also with breathing techniques and meditation.
Now I sleep well and get up early. Number 2 symptom relieved.
All that was left was the muscle pain. I had been taking homeopathic remedies and magnesium which had helped but not enough. I amped up my magnesium intake and discovered an amazing oil that absorbed directly into my muscles. After the first night of use I woke up with no muscle pain..this was the first time in years!! Number 3 symptom under control.
Each day I am incorporating changes into my lifestyle to continually improve my entire health and well-being from my physical body to my mind and soul.
Each day I study and research different recipes, nutritional informational and general ways to improve my life. I have incorporated daily meditation and yoga into my morning regime and have been feeling energised ever since. I still have bad days, thats life, but I listen to my body and rest when necessary.

For only $75 you can book a 45 minute consultation with me where we will discuss your health needs.
Follow up consultation- 30 minutes- $50
We will focus on:
Physical health and Emotional health
as each one affects the other.
During a consultation we will look at Australian Bush Flower Essences, nutrition, supplements and daily tips to help reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia. If so guided, I will also do an intuitive card reading.
One-on-one consultations can be done via skype or phone. In person consultations can be done in Castlemaine or Heathcote.
