Abracadabra, manifest your dreams!

For years I have known what manifesting is all about but I have never really put proper energy into it, until today.
After spending ten minutes writing and visualising my goal, the Universe responded by sending me two new clients within 2 hours!! It was a clear message that the Universe has my back, all I need to do is let it know exactly what I want. And to do that, I need to focus and visualise myself already having achieved my goals.
For example, want a new car? Visualise yourself buying and driving that car. Feel the exterior, feel the door
handle as you open the door, smell that new car smell, feel the seat as you sit in the drivers seat, and feel the excitement of turning the key for the very first time. Thats all it takes!! Visualising what you want as if you already have it and feeling how you feel. Send those vibes out into the Universe.
Often we are happy to say what we don't want, Oh I bet there will be a bill in the mail today, I bet I can't get a car park near the post office today, I dont want it to rain on the day of our picnic. We are focusing our energy on what we don't want however that is the energy we are sending to the Universe and that is what we receive.
You know the people who say 'bad things always happen to me' and then bad things happen?? 'I am always unlucky' 'I never win anything' Then there are the people that seem to always get what they want. What are they sending to the Universe? Positive thoughts, focusing on their goals, thinking about what they want, not what they don't want. Positivity attracts positivity, negativity attracts negativity, its that simple.
Have you seen the documentary from, I think, the 90's called 'The Secret'? I remember at the time it was a huge fad that everyone was talking about and it has the same simple message, whatever you send out you receive.
Of course that doesn't mean you will be a 100% positive person with a rainbow shining out of your butt and a sparkly unicorn horn sticking out of your forehead !! You will still have bad moments, bad days, bad thoughts however you can turn it around.
So here are the basic steps:
Focus on your goal - I like to write it down as I feel that I can really express myself better to the Universe in writing than visualisations (my mind always wanders off!!)
Visualise it in your mind - Visualising is using your imagination!! Its just like daydreaming about that tropical island, as a matter of fact thats exactly what it is :) Imagine yourself already having achieved your goal and taking note of how it makes you feel
Focus on it as often as you can throughout the day - before you get out of bed and when you get back into bed are two perfect times to visualise. Don't stress about about it, make it a time where you are relaxed and then let it go to the Universe to return back to you in whatever form you need. Sometimes what we want and what we need are two different things so our goals may come to us in a different way than we expected.
Make positive affirmations about yourself and your goals throughout the day. For example - I am worthy of achieving goals beyond my wildest imagination - I am strong and healthy - I deserve ......(this goal)..........
